Dear NASA Members,
I am excited to report the success of our first-ever bargaining rally held on May 1st. With approximately 200 members in attendance, alongside 21 guest representatives from 10 other unions and associations, our collective voice rang loud and clear.
This rally showcased your strong support for your bargaining committee as we head into a crucial round of negotiations. Your resounding call for increased salaries, decreased workload, and improved job security echoed throughout the event, leaving a lasting impression on all who participated. Many of those in attendance expressed how encouraged they were to see the camaraderie of their colleagues coming together to advocate for a shared vision.
I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this rally a powerful display of unity. Together, we stand stronger, and together, we will continue to advocate fiercely for the collective agreement you want (and deserve).
