Your New Collective Agreement
Dear NASA Members,
Welcome back to the start of a new academic year. I hope you were able to have some rest this summer and that the start of the year is going smoothly for you. Please know that NASA, as your union, is always here for you as we all work together to support each other in the upcoming months.
I know many of you have been asking to see the new collective agreement that was negotiated with NAIT earlier this year. I thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay in getting it to you, but we have faced some challenges in ensuring that everything is accurate and verified by us and the employer.
What is posted for your information is the collective agreement that is in full force and effect, although it is yet to be formally signed by the parties. Please note, we are still waiting to receive the new pay scale tables for Casual and ESL employees. As soon as the employer has provided this information we will add it to what is posted now.
